Responsibilities

• Repair, replace, or improve items of the Hospital Facilities or equipment.
• Perform semi-skilled tasks such as repairing drywall, painting, and plumbing.
• Adjust and make repairs on location to equipment and physical plant.
• Construct or reconstruct equipment and the physical plant.
• Perform a variety of small construction tasks as directed.
• Install new equipment as directed.
• Responsible for snow removal during and after hours.
• Repair machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
• Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair.
• Perform other duties of the department as assigned.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• 3 years in maintenance of various types of equipment and physical plant.
• 2 years of construction experience in basic carpentry and drywall.
• Black Seal High Pressure Boiler's License.
