Overview

Lippert is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of highly engineered products and customized solutions, focused on the RV, marine, automotive, commercial vehicle, and building products industries. The Welder is responsible for accurately assembling components and sub-assemblies through welding or repairing defective welds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble various components and sub-assemblies into specified fixturing by welding.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Pick and place components into proper fixturing for welding.
• Identify out-of-conformance situations and alert supervisors.
• Rotate positions into different production teams as necessary.
• Set up welding equipment including changing gas.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to observe all safety rules and policies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Friendly and understanding demeanor.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time hourly position.
• Hours of work and days are decided by production or General Manager.
• No travel is required for this position.
