Overview

Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials is seeking a Maintenance Technician for their Denton, TX plant. The role involves maintaining equipment, performing mechanical repairs, and completing minor fabrication work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the plant.
• Rebuild parts of stationary equipment, such as chutes, belt conveyors, gearboxes, and bearings.
• Conduct welding, repair, and fabrication on equipment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-year of experience maintaining equipment.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Good organizational and math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to climb silos and work on man lifts.
