Overview

Menzies Aviation is seeking a GSE Mechanic for the 2nd shift at Philadelphia International Airport. This role involves the safe and efficient repair and rebuilding of airport service vehicles, ensuring proper maintenance and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify defective or broken parts on vehicles.
• Make repairs to gas/diesel engines, hydraulic, electrical, fueling, and mechanical systems.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual quality control checks on refueling equipment.
• Drive and operate refueling equipment vehicles.
• Provide proper preventative care to equipment and timely repairs to broken equipment.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment in accordance with health and safety policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, or related experience and/or training.
• 3 to 5 years of mechanical experience.
• Experience with auto maintenance or forklift maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English.
• Available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required Airports and Custom badges/seals.
