The Pipefitter Journeyman position in Phoenix, AZ involves planning, laying out, and performing various pipe fitting and fabrication tasks in compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

• Plan, lay-out and perform all types of pipe fitting and fabrication work.
• Seek opportunities to share knowledge and teach others.
• Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, and material storage.
• Inspect subordinates' work for accuracy and compliance.
• Look for opportunities for improvement in all tasks.
• Maintain positive working relationships with crew members.
• Produce high quality work safely and productively.
• Provide feedback to ensure availability of materials and tools.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Minimum of three to six plus years of experience in the industrial/commercial construction industry.
• In-depth understanding of the pipefitter trade.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
