Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality welds in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Requirements

• Current welding certifications (must be valid and up to date)
• Experience with code welding standards and procedures
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
• Willingness to train on day shift before transitioning to 3rd shift
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Familiarity with welding codes such as AWS, ASME, or API
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Ability to pass weld tests and inspections
• Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Additional Information

• Night shift: Sunday night to Thursday morning, 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM (10-hour shifts, 4 nights/week)
• Location: Heber Springs, Arkansas - Local candidates preferred or must be willing to relocate.
