Overview

We are seeking skilled Welders to join our team. In this role, you will fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications and quality standards, requiring precision, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding as required
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal components
• Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance with specifications

Requirements

• Previous welding experience required
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Junior is 0-4 years of experience
• Senior is 5+ years of experience
