HKA Enterprises is now hiring a Structural Welder (Pulse Arc) in Newport News, VA. The position requires significant experience in naval shipyard welding and offers competitive wages along with per diem for eligible candidates.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of naval shipyard experience as a 1st Class Welder.
• Ability to perform Multi Pass fillet & butt welds using SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GMAW-P processes.
• Experience with Oxygen/Propane Heating Torch and Air Carbon Arc Gouging.
• Ability to properly use fillet & butt weld gauges.
• Must successfully pass a performance test.
• Must pass a background check and hair follicle drug test.
• Must be able to work any shift and overtime if required.
