Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pipefitter to join our team. In this role, you will work in various industrial settings and must be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow instructions, show attention to detail, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review and comprehend CADD drawings and diagrams, blueprints, sketches, fabrication drawings and submittals for projects.
  • Fabricate and install piping without drawings to reference (field route).
  • Layout work ahead of welders.
  • Measure, cut, weld, assemble, and install pipes.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Work with other construction professionals to complete projects.
  • Follow all safety guidelines.
  • Complete all tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pipefitter.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (experience may be substituted for education).
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Possess current, valid driver’s license (not under suspension or limitation).
  • Have the transportation means to report to multiple job sites as assigned.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug tests throughout employment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of how mechanical equipment works.
  • Strong arithmetic skills, including calculating complex offsets.
  • Knowledge of all relevant health and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting heavy objects and withstanding temperature extremes.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday with occasional overtime during afternoons, evenings and weekends as needed.
