Overview
The Welder I position is a weekend night shift role focused on performing various types of welding under supervision to fabricate parts for product assembly. The company emphasizes a commitment to providing solutions that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Comply with the company/site safety rules.
- Perform safe and effective operation of all equipment needed to perform job function.
- Flex across different products and areas to support business needs.
- Provide training to new employees or employees learning new work areas to work instructions/standard work.
- Follow established procedures, processes, or policies.
- Interpret and understand engineering drawings and blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks.
- Assist with robotic welder.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or Certification.
- Internal written and physical weld test.
- An understanding of welding fundamentals.
- Basic welding experience and/or training.
- Basic knowledge of Mig Welding Equipment.
- Ability to follow direction and work in a team environment.

- Compensation is $33.10/hour.
