Overview

The Stainless Steel Welder & Fabricator is responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling stainless steel structures and equipment according to specifications. The role requires proficiency in various welding techniques and tools while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Weld, fabricate, and assemble stainless steel structures and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow proper safety and incident reporting procedures.
• Utilize press brake, shear, Iron Worker, rolling machines, and saws.
• Read blueprints and take projects from concept to completion.
• Master 304, 310, and 316 stainless steel TIG welding.
• Perform MIG welding and create welds that meet AWS standards.
• Clean surrounding areas of any weld splatter.
• Ensure no porosity or defects in welds.
• Use handheld torch and plasma cutting as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday, 6am to 4pm.
• Starting time may vary depending on the job.
• Evening and weekend work may be required.
• Potential local travel during the business day, with some out-of-area and overnight travel expected.
