Job Description
Overview
The Journeyman - Pipefitter Welder is responsible for welding equipment and parts using various welding machines, collaborating with other tradespeople as necessary, and selecting appropriate materials for jobs.
Responsibilities
- Weld equipment and parts using arc, submerged arc, gas-shielded arc, MIG, and TIG machines.
- Collaborate with plumbers, pipefitter/welders, sheet metal workers, and HVAC workers as required.
- Select type and size of pipe and related materials according to job specifications.
