Job Overview The Welder I is responsible for performing entry‑level welding, fabrication, and repair work in support of manufacturing operations within a data center production environment. All work is performed in accordance with PCX engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. This role requires the ability to follow instructions, interpret drawings with supervision, and produce welds that meet structural and workmanship requirements. The Welder I works under direct supervision and may participate in formal training or apprenticeship programs to further develop welding skills and technical knowledge.
