Hours & Compensation Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (includes 30-minute meal break) Pay Rate: $34.00 - $44.00/hr to start (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities Perform high-precision TIG/GTAW welding (primarily fusion TIG welding on stainless steel). Produce vacuum-tight welds, including in hard-to-reach areas. Demonstrate strong knowledge of metallurgy, specifically stainless steel, including proper weld settings and filler rod selection. Interpret and execute drawings, blueprints, schedules, and various instructions (written, oral, diagram). Identify and follow proper order of operations (datum points, hole penetration sequences, etc.). Required Qualifications
