Key Requirements:Must have SMAW and GTAW experience.We are currently seeking an experienced Fitter to fit and tack all shell and tube heat exchanger components and assemblies for fabrication by welders. H.S. diploma or equivalent; or equivalent experience, knowledge of fitting/welding procedures.Must read and write English to read weld procedures and fabrication drawings and requirements.Must be able to pass an ASME welding test and have an understanding and comprehension of the application of algebra and geometry.Heat exchanger job shop or field fabrication experience preferred. Required Tools: Hood, gloves, tape, square & center head, approved level, center punch, dividers, hammer, adequate toolbox.
