Overview

The WL Gunshop Tech NEX is responsible for maintaining accurate explosives inventory, loading and assembling perforating guns, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. NexTier is a leading provider of integrated completions that supports customers' ESG goals while accelerating production in the US land basins.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate explosives inventory.
• Load and assemble perforating guns as directed following all company and industry safety policies.
• Drive equipment to and from location as directed.
• Maintain a clean shop and work area.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
• Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
• Actively participate in safety meetings to identify and address risks and hazards.
• Utilize competency Processes to enhance job performance.

• Able to operate forklifts and man-lifts as needed.

• Knowledge of company policies, QHSE standards and PSL Work Instructions.
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have and maintain valid state-issued driver’s license, be eligible to drive a Company vehicle and meet the requirements of the Company’s vehicle program, policy and/or guidelines.
• Ability to understand and speak English at a level of proficiency allowing employee to issue, receive and respond to both safety and operations-related directions in English.
