Overview

As a Structural Welder–Fabricator at AmbaFlex Manufacturing in Canton, OH, you will play a crucial role in building world-class spiral conveyor systems by interpreting technical drawings and executing precise welding techniques. This position requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to quality in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints
  • Fit, weld, and customize components using multiple fabrication techniques (MIG/TIG)
  • Set up and prepare machines and equipment for production
  • Inspect components and completed frames for accuracy and quality
  • Contribute ideas to improve our products and manufacturing processes

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency reading technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort with the metric system (preferred)
