Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. The Welding Lead position involves supervising the manufacturing process, ensuring procedures are followed, and improving efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Expedite workflow by ensuring procedures are being followed
• Give oral and written instructions to employees
• Examine work to ensure policies and procedures are followed
• Identify and streamline procedures to improve efficiency
• Assist employees with process issues
• Work with Managers on continuous improvement projects to ensure efficiency
• Troubleshoot errors
• Supervise the manufacturing process to outline bottlenecks
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Knowledge of machine setup, operating experience, and computers

Additional Information

• The schedule includes a change for summer hours: June through September is four, ten-hour shifts; October through May, the schedule is five, eight-hour shifts.
