Overview

Global Power Components is now hiring welders of all skill levels, offering flexible hours and competitive pay. Overtime is available, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Weld I-Beam Frame and Fuel Tanks in flat/vertical overhead positions.
• Clamp, hold, tack-weld, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding.
• Position and secure workpieces using hoists, cranes, wire and banding machines or hand tools.
• Inspect products/equipment for defects/malfunctions.

Requirements

• Some welding experience is required.
• High School or Trade School training will work.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical.

Additional Information

• Located on 51st & Lincoln Ave.
• 1st & 2nd shift available.
• Work up to 60 hours/week, but overtime is not mandatory.
