Overview

We are hiring Welders for a Railing Welder/Fabricator position in Kelso, WA. The role emphasizes speed and accuracy in welding and fabrication, with a focus on following blueprints and ensuring safe work habits.

Responsibilities

• Follow blueprints and fit parts for custom repairs/projects.
• Process materials and perform welding tasks.
• Emphasize speed and accuracy while practicing safe work habits.
• Read blueprints and troubleshoot any issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with MIG Welding and Fitting.
• At least 2 years of experience in Fabrication.
• TIG experience is welcome.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Coachable personality and ability to pick things up quickly.
• Can consistently lift 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Some college or trades school education preferred.
• AWS/WABO Certifications are a huge plus.
