Overview

Weldall Manufacturing, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company that has been providing best-in-class service and quality products since 1973. The company is seeking a Welder for 1st and 2nd shifts to perform welding operations accurately and efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Conduct welding operations accurately and efficiently according to established procedures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions.
  • Follow welding procedure specifications (WPS), drawings, and company standards.
  • Apply working knowledge of various welding processes.
  • Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment to meet job requirements.
  • Use measuring tools and gauges to verify dimensions and weld placement.
  • Inspect completed welds and parts for quality and accuracy.
  • Identify and report nonconforming work or quality issues.
  • Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work area in a clean and safe condition.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of welding experience; experience with structural weldments preferred.
  • Experience welding to AWS D1.1 standards preferred.
  • Knowledge of welding symbols and blueprint interpretation preferred.
  • Experience with various welding processes.
  • Experience performing pre-heats and stack welding preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to weld material 1/2-inch thickness or greater.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
