Overview

Join a dynamic manufacturing company specializing in panels and switchgears. We are seeking skilled welders and fabricators to contribute to the welding and fitting of carbon steel and stainless steel structural components for building electrical control panel boxes.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and occasional Stick welding on carbon steel and stainless steel components.
• Fit and fabricate parts for electrical control panel boxes.
• Read and interpret welding blueprints and schematics.
• Take accurate measurements and cut materials as required.
• Ensure high-quality welding and fitting to meet project specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in welding or fitting.
• Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding techniques.
• Ability to read welding blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with carbon steel and stainless steel materials.

Additional Information

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Deer Park, TX.
• Day shift operates from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with typical shifts exceeding 10 hours.
• Night shifts are available from Monday to Saturday, 3:00 pm to 3:00 am.
• The facility spans 100,000 square feet and is expanding.
• The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, a work shirt, and safety glasses.
