Overview

We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys working on a variety of fabrication projects. This role involves fabricating, fitting, and welding custom metal products while ensuring safety, precision, and quality on every project.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MIG and Flux-Core welds that meet company and customer standards.
• Fabricate, fit, assemble, and weld metal components using blueprints and shop drawings.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, specifications, and measurements accurately.
• Measure, layout, and verify dimensions using tape measures, levels, squares, and other tools.
• Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metals in various positions.
• Document measurements, sizing, and fabrication details as required.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.
• Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and develop creative solutions to meet project specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of MIG and Flux-Core welding experience.
• Experience with metal fabrication and welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret shop fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Strong measuring and layout skills.
• Experience working with carbon steel and stainless steel.
• Ability to perform quality welds consistently in a production environment.

Additional Information

• 1st Shift: Monday - Saturday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
• Overtime opportunities available.
• Fully onsite position in Tolleson, AZ.
