Overview

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Process Maintenance Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to support production operations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery including blown film lines and conversion machines
• Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper operation
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs efficiently
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and physical structures
• Order and manage maintenance supplies and parts inventory

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, preferably plastics
• Knowledge of electrical circuits, motor circuits, and 480 VAC power systems
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Skilled in fabrication and repair using mills, lathes, welders, and other tools
• Basic computer skills including email and maintenance software
