The Welder position focuses on improving welding productivity, quality, and safety in a dynamic work environment. Candidates must be adaptable and capable of managing various demands while ensuring safety and training for all department employees.

Responsibilities

• Improve welding productivity and quality.
• Ensure safety in the workplace.
• Administer safety and training programs for department employees.
• Communicate information clearly to co-workers and supervisors.
• Identify, organize, estimate, and recognize differences or similarities with attention to detail.
• Stand and work in adverse conditions for a minimum of 8 hours.
• Use simple measuring instruments like tape measures and calipers.
• Perform extensive walking, bending, stooping, and moderate to heavy lifting.
• Manually operate multiple levers and knobs associated with machines or equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
