Overview

This role is ideal for an experienced Welder/Fabricator skilled in major welding processes, focusing on precision sheet metal fabrication and assembly. The position emphasizes high standards of quality, safety, and productivity in a fabrication and welding shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Cut, form, and prepare sheet metal and other materials.
• Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core processes.
• Inspect welds and fabricated parts for quality standards.
• Finish and refine metal components through grinding and deburring.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding and fabrication equipment.
• Follow established safety procedures and use protective equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in welding and fabricating.
• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• Proficiency in TIG welding.
• Experience with Flux-Core welding.
• Experience with Stick welding.
• Strong sheet metal fabrication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
