Responsibilities

• Perform Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG) welding.
• Produce quality parts using welding fixtures in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand production processes and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Solve problems related to workstation equipment and production.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Use precision measuring tools and instruments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of Gas Metal Arc (MIG) welding experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years welding experience preferred.
• Weld Certification required.
• Knowledge of welding processes and production equipment.
• Ability to work under stress and maintain good attendance.
• Good human relations skills to convey technical information.
