Overview
We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator for 2nd or 3rd shift positions. The role involves setting up and tack welding various metals to create sub-assemblies for cylinders and swivels, following specific weld procedures.
Responsibilities
- Repair weld flaws and leakers from assembly.
- Tack and weld parts per the appropriate weld procedure.
- Clean and inspect all finished sub-assemblies as trained.
- Store finished sub-assemblies and unused parts per proper procedures.
- Read and interpret shop routings and prints.
- Set up the job per the appropriate weld procedures using fixtures and jigs.
- Perform and obtain the first part piece inspection.
- Conduct general maintenance such as changing tips, liners, wire, and gas.
- Return tools and fixtures to the proper locations upon job completion.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years associate degree in Welding with one or more years in various welding techniques.
- Must be able to pass the JARP Industries weld certification test.
- Required to pass all weld certification tests within 2 years of hire.
- Welding experience in flux core, sub-arc, and MIG is a must.
- Must be able to read blueprints.
- Manufacturing experience is required.

- 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm-12:00am
- 3rd shift: Monday-Thursday, 8:00pm-6:00am
