Overview

The PIPEFITTER TRAINING LEADER will be responsible for preparing and delivering training programs in nuclear pipefitting at Pearl Harbor NSY and IMF, focusing on both theoretical and practical aspects of the trade.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and training materials, including visual aids.
• Teach basic trade nuclear theory and practical work.
• Conduct mock-up training in nuclear pipefitting overhaul, repair, and conversion work.
• Schedule and coordinate practical nuclear work experience in the shop.
• Counsel employees on day-to-day problems involving nuclear trade theory and practices.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on trainee progress and performance.
