Welder Manufacturing Position We're seeking an experienced and dependable Welder to join a growing team. This hands-on position is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in producing quality work while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate has experience using MIG, TIG, and/or Arc welding processes and is comfortable working from blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate, repair, and assemble metal components. Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding on a variety of metal components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Prepare materials for welding and fabrication Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met Repair and fabricate metal structures and components Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards Qualifications Previous welding experience required Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or Arc welding Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to quality and workplace safety If you're an experienced welder who takes pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you!
