Location: Pasadena, TX Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) Position SummaryHaygor Instrument & Company is seeking a dependable Welder Helper to support our welding team by preparing materials, assembling components, and assisting with production processes. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and is eager to learn and grow within the welding trade. Key ResponsibilitiesMeasure and cut capillary lines. Stamp diaphragms, etch, wash, and assemble parts. Assist lead welders with production and fabrication tasks. Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards before moving to the next operation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred. Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Good communication and basic computer skills. Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.
