We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing and fabrication operations in a fast-paced production environment. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for maximizing productivity, ensuring quality and safety standards, developing high-performing teams, and delivering products on time and within budget.

What You'll Do Supervise and lead daily manufacturing and fabrication operations to meet production goals. Foster a culture of safety by enforcing policies, conducting training, and leading incident investigations when necessary. Coach, mentor, and develop production team members to maximize performance and engagement. Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Coordinate production schedules and assign work to meet customer delivery commitments. Collaborate with Production Planning to maintain inventory levels and support on-time shipments. Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and productivity. Analyze production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce costs. Track key production metrics and provide regular operational updates to management. Ensure quality standards are consistently achieved while balancing productivity, efficiency, and employee development. Support lean manufacturing initiatives and promote best practices throughout the production floor.

Required Qualifications 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Experience using manufacturing software/ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Advanced blueprint reading skills and knowledge of fabrication processes. Ability to identify process improvements and implement operational efficiencies. Dependable attendance with flexibility to work weekends as business needs require. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies.

Compensation $60,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience
