Job Summary We are seeking skilled Welders with experience in GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) welding to join a leading defense manufacturing team. This role involves welding aluminum and carbon steel components, interpreting engineering drawings, and producing high-quality welds while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Perform GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) welding on aluminum and carbon steel components. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS). Load and unload parts onto welding fixtures using hand and air tools. Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Troubleshoot welding issues and make necessary adjustments. Operate material handling equipment such as hoists, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training/certification provided as required). Complete production, labor, and quality documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and assist with training when needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 2–4+ years of experience in GMAW (MIG) and/or GTAW (TIG) welding on aluminum and/or carbon steel. Ability to pass welding qualification tests for steel and aluminum. Strong understanding of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), weld gauges, and measuring tools. Ability to read blueprints and apply shop math for measurements and calculations. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Ability to lift up to 32 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment. Forklift or material handling experience is a plus. Education High School Diploma or GED required. Technical or vocational training in Welding from an accredited institution is preferred.

What you'll be running
