As an Industrial Metal Fabricator/Welder, you will play a key role in transforming prints into precise welded assemblies while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble metal components with multiple welding methods.
• Interpret and apply blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to plan your work.
• Execute welds in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Inspect welds to verify conformance with standards and specifications.
• Leverage hand tools, power tools, and metrology equipment to achieve tight tolerances.
• Partner with peers to organize priorities and keep jobs moving.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven welding/fabrication background with FCAW and Stick (SMAW) experience.
• Comfort reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Resourceful problem-solver who can diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
• Detail-driven mindset and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with forklifts and cranes preferred.
• Exposure to machining or related trades is a plus, not required.
