Overview
The TIG Welder position involves performing TIG repair welding on cast components, focusing on cosmetic defects and rebuilding damaged sections. The role requires strong experience with aluminum and titanium alloys and operates on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule during the day shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform TIG repair welding on cast components.
- Repair cosmetic defects and rebuild damaged sections.
- Set up and operate welding equipment.
- Inspect finished welds for quality compliance.
- Follow safety and production standards.
- Complete required production documentation.
Requirements
- Strong TIG welding experience.
- Experience with aluminum and titanium alloys.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
