Overview

The Pipe Welder/Fitter is responsible for fitting, welding, fabricating, and assembling carbon steel and stainless steel piping systems, structural components, and process equipment used in industrial and municipal water treatment systems. This position requires the ability to work from engineering drawings, piping layouts, and fabrication prints while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Fit, weld, fabricate, and assemble carbon steel and stainless steel piping systems.
  • Work with structural components and process equipment for water treatment systems.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, piping layouts, and fabrication prints.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in welding and fabrication work.
  • Assist with mechanical assembly of water treatment systems when welding work is limited.
