Job Description
Overview
The Lead Welder Mechanic / Lead Copper Mechanic will oversee the installation, fabrication, and assembly of commercial mechanical piping systems while leading field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews on commercial construction projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings.
- Coordinate daily work activities.
