We are seeking dependable and skilled candidates with hands-on welding experience who are ready to take the next step in their careers. Job Responsibilities Perform welding and fabrication according to job specifications Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions when required Prepare materials and surfaces for welding Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company and workplace safety procedures Perform other welding and fabrication duties as assigned Requirements At least 1 year of welding experience is required or strongly preferred, depending on the position Experience with relevant welding equipment and techniques Ability to read and follow instructions and job specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow workplace safety procedures Pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on the position, experience, and specific assignment.
