Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Ability to read and follow work instructions

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Job Duties

• Operate production machinery used to manufacture metal door frames and AC vent doors

• Fabricate custom sheet metal products according to customer specifications

• Produce metal closet bifold doors and metal door frames

• Monitor machine performance and report any operational issues

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.

• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.

• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Production Frame Fabricator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do As a Production Frame Fabricator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Production Frame Fabricator supports manufacturing by operating production equipment according to established procedures and quality standards. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments.
