Location: Wrightsville, PA

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Weekend Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5 AM – 3 PM

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Welding certification or completion of a welding program preferred.
  • 1-3 years of welding and fabrication experience.
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
  • Basic math and geometry skills for measurements and layout work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job Duties

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Perform MIG and stick welding on complex assemblies in horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
  • Fabricate machine frames, structural components, fixtures, and jigs.
  • Operate hand tools, cutting equipment, cranes, forklifts, and shop machinery safely and effectively.
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

What You Will Do As a Welder you will prepare materials, set up welding equipment, perform MIG welding operations, inspect completed welds, read blueprints, verify measurements, and help fabricate metal components according to engineering specifications. You will maintain welding equipment, follow quality standards, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations while producing consistent, high-quality work.

The Welder plays an important role in manufacturing by producing quality welded assemblies that support a wide range of industrial applications. This position requires technical welding ability, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safe work practices.
