Overview

Fluidstack is focused on delivering large-scale compute infrastructure for AI, aiming to expand human freedom through technology. They seek a Quality Inspector to ensure quality in fabrication and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect fabrication and assembly work to drawings and specs, including dimensional, visual, and weld checks.
• Document findings cleanly, including inspection records, NCRs, and photos.
• Verify rework and ensure nothing tagged red moves without proper disposition.
• Log findings to surface trends and follow up with fixes.

Requirements

• Experience inspecting in a fabrication or manufacturing environment to drawings.
• Ability to read prints and GD&T without assistance.
• Proficient use of calibrated tools, recorded and within method.
• Consistent identification of defects, even under schedule pressure.
• Complete paperwork accurately on the first attempt.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of weld inspection (CWI or CAWI track), NDT exposure, experience with steel and structural products, and familiarity with QMS software.
