Overview

Quality Fabrication & Design is a custom stainless steel snack food processing equipment manufacturer since 1987. The Welder position requires extensive experience in TIG welding stainless steel and mild steel in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set-up welding equipment and weld components needed for each job.
• Using Blueprint drawings as a guide, determine materials needed, plan layout, assemble, and weld parts to construct equipment.
• Assemble and install components according to specifications or directions.
• Examine welds to ensure they are free of defects, smooth, and functional.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED, 5 years related experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and use whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to interpret both oral and written instructions, and diagrams.
• Strong understanding of Quality Control standards.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Proven experience as a Welder.
• Must have more than 10 years of TIG Welding and Stainless-Steel experience.

• Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Friday 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.
