Overview

Reworld is a leader in sustainable waste solutions, providing innovative solutions for carbon-negative outcomes. As a Back Plant Operator, you will ensure the safe and efficient operations of industrial systems and equipment related to the disposal process.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned operational tasks and inspections utilizing various types of designated industrial equipment and hand/power tools.
• Complete routine inspections of assigned equipment and document details in accordance with facility procedures.
• Troubleshoot assigned equipment and responsibly report issues and repair requests utilizing defined work order processes and procedures.
• Utilize weekly activity books and critical items checklist to perform operational and equipment related function checks.
• Safely perform lock-out/tag-out processes of equipment in support of assigned maintenance teams.
• Additional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must have experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
• Must have the ability to work a rotating shift schedule.

Additional Information

• Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb.
• Ability to lift/carry 50lbs.
• Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces.
• Qualify to wear a full-face respirator.
• Consistently work in various weather conditions.
