Overview

EnerSys Advanced Systems (EAS) is a specialized division of EnerSys, focusing on cutting-edge energy solutions for the aerospace, defense, and medical industries. They are seeking a Jr Quality Technician to perform acceptance inspections and adhere to the company's Quality Management System procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections in accordance with documented inspection plans or instructions
• Record inspection results clearly and legibly
• Conduct mechanical measurements using micrometers, calipers, height gages, drop gages, optical comparators, and CMM equipment
• Perform visual inspections using a microscope
• Identify, segregate, and report discovered non‑conformances
• Prepare final source inspection documentation
• Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation
• Maintain a neat, organized, and compliant workspace

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as an inspector preferred
• OpenDMIS CMM software preferred
• GD&T certification preferred
