Integrated Power Services is seeking a Field Service Technician who is a mechanical expert to lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment. Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation and removal of AC/DC motors and coupled equipment.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools to diagnose wear and ensure equipment integrity.
  • Replace bearings, gearboxes, and torque critical components using specialized tooling.
  • Perform essential diagnostic tests to ensure system reliability.
  • Clean and prep electro-mechanical equipment for a professional finish.
  • Adhere to strict safety standards while working independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps, or similar rotating industrial equipment.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret precision measuring instruments and technical blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical failures.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate technical findings professionally.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable record; willing to work flexible hours.
