Modine is a global company with over 100 years of experience in thermal management solutions, focusing on engineering a cleaner, healthier world. The Production Team Leader for pipe fabrication will assist in overseeing production efficiency and support machine operators in their tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in meeting production requirements by identifying limiting factors and recommending improvements.
• Coordinate activities of area employees to maintain production levels and ensure timely set-ups and changeovers.
• Troubleshoot production-oriented problems and communicate issues to supervisors, engineering, maintenance, and quality.
• Enforce company safety rules and ensure conformance to quality and safety standards.
• Responsible for shift reporting and documentation applicable to assigned area.
• Fill in for employees when necessary and appropriate.
• Train and instruct employees to ensure standardized work.
• Support and uphold management decisions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience on the production floor.
• Possess computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• May require travel for company training.
• 2-5 years of experience working with band saws, tube benders, and/or plasma cutters preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in direct or indirect production floor leadership preferred.
• Brazing experience preferred.
