Overview

Become a part of ENERCON as a Structural Design Engineer. We are seeking talented Civil Structural Engineers to join our Nuclear Design Group, with opportunities for mid-level, senior, and principal roles that involve leading and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis, design, and evaluation of critical structures and components.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to ensure smooth coordination and integration of designs.
  • Lead design initiatives by developing innovative design studies and producing accurate engineering estimates.
  • Engage in field operations, including site walkdowns and overseeing field installations.
  • Inspire teams by motivating them to achieve ambitious goals with effective leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with design of structural systems including concrete and steel.
  • Experience in power generation, nuclear power, or government (DOE) projects.
  • Good writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and as an individual contributor.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
  • US Citizenship is required due to Federal Contract Requirements.
