Overview

Become a part of ENERCON as a Structural Design Engineer. We are seeking talented Civil Structural Engineers to join our Nuclear Design Group, offering various career paths including mid-level, senior, and principal roles with opportunities for advancement and development.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis, design, and evaluation of critical structures and components.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure smooth coordination and integration of designs.
• Lead design initiatives by developing innovative design studies and producing accurate engineering estimates.
• Innovate solutions to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Engage in field operations by participating in site walkdowns and overseeing field installations.
• Inspire teams by motivating them to achieve ambitious goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with design of structural systems including concrete and steel.
• Experience in power generation, nuclear power or government (DOE) projects.
• Good writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• US Citizenship is required due to Federal Contract Requirements.

• Full-time roles available in multiple locations including Glendale, AZ, and San Luis Obispo, CA.
• Some positions may be performed remotely in one or more U.S. states.
