Overview

EWI is seeking an Industrial Pipe Fitter, Welder, and Fabricator to join their Field Services team, offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus. This role involves various welding and fabrication tasks primarily in field settings, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform ARC, MIG, and TIG welding.
• Fabricate carbon and stainless steel components.
• Construct structural elements such as stairs, ladders, and handrails.
• Fit and install carbon and stainless steel pipes.
• Read and interpret drawings, P&IDs, and schematics.
• Engage in wastewater treatment and industrial construction.
• Install process equipment.
• Support various hands-on tasks including pressure washing and industrial maintenance.
• Operate a company motor vehicle to travel to job sites.
• Use hand tools, light machinery, and sharp tools safely.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA requirements.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain Class E within 30 days.
• Ability to read, understand, and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Respectful towards co-workers, clients, supervisors, and vendors.
• Punctual, flexible, adaptable, and professional.

Additional Information

• Full-time position with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Overnight travel required up to 80%, typically 10-14 days out.
• On-call availability on a rotating schedule.
• Work environment includes various industrial plants with exposure to dust and varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly.
