Overview

We are seeking skilled Miscellaneous Metals Fabricator/Welder for a fabrication shop that specializes in construction projects such as installing stairs, rails, and other miscellaneous metal projects.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and conduct layouts according to specifications.
• Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form units.
• Weld using MIG, Flux Core, and/or Stick processes.
• Operate an overhead crane.
• Use fabrication equipment such as saws, pipe notchers, and grinders.
• Understand basic math, geometry, and fractions.
• Utilize basic hand tools, torches, and jigs.

Requirements

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience in welding processes: MIG, Flux Core, and/or Stick.
• Experience operating an overhead crane.
• Familiarity with fabrication equipment.
• Understanding of basic math, geometry, and fractions.
